The Decider Skills use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to teach individuals to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling them to monitor and manage their own mental health.

The aim of Access to Adventure is to allow the children of Rattray Primary School and nursery to enjoy the benefits of attending a school excursion. With rising costs of transport and entry fees, the funding would remove the financial barrier, enabling all children to have valuable experiences that promote learning and personal growth. A new referral-based youth programme that will consist of a free 12 week boxing/kickboxing programme, held 3 times throughout the year, providing opportunities for youths and families affected by financial hardship.

CAYAG is passionate about bringing new, exciting and fun opportunities to the young people of Coupar Angus and surrounding areas. We would like to offer our young people to take part in a thrill seeking outdoor activity project which will include, paddle sports, mountaineering, rock climbing, archery and finishing up with a residential to take part in training opportunities such as outdoor first aid, map reading etc, All activities will be free of charge to all.

Upkeep of Crieff Community Garden through gardening activies, and hosting Seasonal famiy friendly events within the garden.
