Green Living Fund Criteria

The Green Living Fund is looking to support proposals aiming to deliver against one or more of the following five categories.

Energy	reducing consumption, promoting efficiency	Community Energy Generation
Transport	encouraging active travel, decarbonising transport	Community Transport; Cycle Hire
Waste	reduce, reuse and recycle	re-use initiatives
Resilience	improving greenspace, biodiversity, local food growing	community resilience initiatives
Engagement	increasing public awareness and engaging communities	Community event focused on climate and cost of living

Projects should also set out how they will help local people with the cost of living, for example, a Community Energy project should help to reduce carbon emissions and help local people with energy costs.
