Lapland United Football Team is looking to bring some festive cheer to the community of South Crieff by having Santa visit each household in December. However, the local reindeer are on strike, until 24th December, and we are now having to consider borrowing a tractor from a local farm, therefore we need some drivers to drive the tractor and sleigh around South Crieff.
To put three volunteer elves through their 'Sleigh driving test' and we are also looking for funds to support the event; it will cost us around £350 per Christmas elf for the event and training, and we are asking for £335 of that to be funded by the PB fund. The breakdown of the costs for each elf is below. The club is also putting some funding in place to cover the shortfall
This includes:
£25 for Christmas jokes and voice coaching
£75 for small gifts to be delivered to each home (approximately 250 houses)
£35 Sleigh driving practical test at a local farm
£50 Driving theory test in Stirling
£75 costume and props
£15 fuel for the sleigh
£60 grotto expenses, including refreshments
Location: PH7 3JN
